Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Marfells, we take pride in our 14 days return policy. There are certain terms that must be followed for us to accept the product you wish to return. 

1. Items that need to be returned must be packed properly.
2. You must have the proof of purchase
3. The items that are purchased must be sent the same way that they received it.


ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNE OR REFUNDED MUST FOLLOW THE CRITERIA GIVEN BELOW:

  1. Packages not received by the customer.
  2. Items that are damaged on arrival. 
  3. Items that are of the incorrect size, color or not as described.
  4. Unwashed, unused items that have not crossed the 14 day deadline. 
  5. Items in accordance with Seller’s refund policy.


ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:

  1. Item must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive it. 
  2. Washed or worn items cannot be returned.  
  3. *Items that fall under the category of: Undergarments, swimwear. 
  4. Return process should be in accordance with Seller’s Return and Shipping Policies.

SHIPPING COSTS:

  1. Shipping costs will be paid by seller if the item sent is damaged or not as described. 
  2. Contact Seller or refer to Seller’s return and shipping policy.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

Customers must contact Seller or Store Owners to return the item. If you’re unhappy with Seller’s response or you do not receive any message from seller within two days. You can ask Marfells’s support team to step inside. Marfells team will then review Seller’s Shipping & Return policies and your refund request made to seller. Marfells Support Team’s decision must be obeyed by both Customer and Seller.
